VanRan Communications Services, Inc., a Georgia corporation and VR3 Cloud International, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company, are affiliated companies; and, for purposes of this Privacy Policy  are collectively called “Company” or “our Company” or are collectively to as, “we”, “our”, “us.” Your privacy is important to our Company. This Privacy Policy discloses the Company’s information practices, including what types of information are gathered and tracked, how the information is used, and with whom the information is shared. 

What information we collect, and what we do with it

  • Name, like first name or last name
    • Purpose of processing: this information is used as a part of our legitimate business interest in maintaining communications with you.

    • Purpose of processing: this information is used as a part of our legitimate business interest in maintaining communications with you.

    • Purpose of processing: this information is processed according to terms of an agreement which helps facilitate delivery, implementation, and support services.

    • Purpose of processing: this information is processed according to terms of an agreement, to help facilitate account management & billing.
  • Technical identifiers, like cookies or IP address
    • Purpose of processing: this information is used as a part of our legitimate business interest in managing our marketing communications, counting ad impressions, and managing website performance.
  • Telephony information, like telephone numbers, MAC addresses, and usage data
    • Purpose of processing: this information is processed as a part of an agreement to provide calling services and related support.
  • Call recordings, voicemails, and screenshots if those associated systems are implemented or supported by us. 
    • Purpose of processing: this information is used for technical support of those associates systems.

How we collect your data, and where it comes from

Most of this information is provided by you directly to us – either in conversations with our Team, interactions with our website, or information made publicly available.  In some cases, we may receive your information through our suppliers as a part of a marketing campaign, or information found publicly available online.

    • Our distributors who assist in shipping & distribution. 
    • In limited situations where our Company processes your order, we may send your data to, and also use the resulting information from, credit reference agencies to prevent fraudulent purchases.

How do we protect your information?

  • We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your Personal Information when you enter, submit, or access your Personal Information.

All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then data is encrypted in our database to be accessed only by authorized trained personnel with special access privileges to our systems and who are required to keep the information confidential.

Advertising cookies are used by Google Analytics on Company’s Website or Apps, if any, to track overall website traffic performance and click-through leads. No personally identifiable information is tracked beyond the IP address and point of entry. 

At present, Company does not use any other cookies at all except Google Analytics advertising cookies, but we may use other cookies at some time in the future for various reasons, such as, but not necessarily limited to, to track the web pages you visit, to test the effectiveness of our marketing, or to facilitate operations of Company’s Website and/or its Apps, if any. 

Furthermore, Company does not currently use any other technologies similar to cookies on its Website or Apps, if any. However, at some time in the future, Company may use such other technologies for one or more of the reasons (but not necessarily limited to those reasons) mentioned in this discussion regarding cookies.

Currently, we can send you your requested Personal Information via regular First Class, Postage Prepaid U.S. Mail only.  
  • You also have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your Personal Information under certain conditions. This essentially means that you are asking us to stop using your Personal Information for what we have been using it for. In order to comply with this request, it may mean we will have to delete your entire account on our Company’s Website.
  • You have the right to delete certain personal information you provide to us.  Keep in mind, we may need this information to provide account management and access, and if you choose to delete information, we may be prevented from providing further service or support. Should you choose to delete information, you can exercise this right by contacting us as described in the “Contacting Us” section below. Certain Remarks about our Company and the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”)

Currently, our Company is not covered by the CCPA, because our Company does not meet the CCPA’s definition of covered Business. However, as our Company is forward thinking to the time when it will or may qualify as a Business under the CCPA, we have included relevant CCPA discussion in this Privacy Policy; and, as evidenced by the main Privacy Policy provisions, our Company already complies with the CCPA.
